This is the page where you find the links to the "Teacher Pages."
It is on the "Teacher Pages" where I have attempted to link the lessons to National Standards and Benchmarks, provide you with some things I've learned about the lessons, give the goals and objectives, and provide you with a list of things you will need to teach the lesson and how long it probably will take. All I'm going to do here is link you to the various assignments:
Poetry
30 Days of Poetry - This unit contains 30 poetry lessons. Most require that students follow a pattern in developing their poems. The target audience is grades 6-12.
Literature:
King Arthur - There are so many links to King Arthur on the Web, the main goal of this site is to sort through the links and pose a few questions for students to consider.
Fahrenheit 451 - This unit asks students to call upon their higher order thinking skills.
Beowulf
Folk LoreInternet Research:
I Search a Word - This is an Internet Treasure Hunt designed to teach students how to perform a search on the Internet. The target audience is Middle School and High School students.
