Fahrenheit 451 on the Internet

During the next few weeks you will be reading Ray Bradbury'sFahrenheit 451.  However, before you begin reading, you need to know about  the activities that will be expected from you. 

an animated flame You will be keeping a reading log.  You will be expected to make entries in the reading log at the end of each part.  This book is divided into parts, not chapters.  Your teacher will explain how the Reading Log is to be set up.   You will be expected to read about 17 pages a day (this gives you 2 weeks to complete reading the book).  There may be daily quizzes on the reading.  These quizzes may take the form of true/false questions, a short essay, or multiple choice questions.

an animated flame While you are reading, you will be keeping the reading log, discussed above.  There are certain questions and activities that are to be considered during your reading.  You can either go the "During Reading" icon or click on the parts listed below:
